Treatment Plans
Your Plan
No two people recover in exactly the same way. Rather than placing you into a preset program, we build a plan based on your symptoms, your current stability, and how your body responds over time.
Whether your issue is new or long-standing, care progresses at a pace that feels manageable and realistic.

How We Begin
Your first visit includes a focused evaluation of your symptoms, function, and overall health patterns.
This helps us understand what may be contributing to your discomfort and what your body needs first.
Most patients receive their first treatment during this visit.

Your Treatment Plan Is Individualized
We do not use one-size-fits-all packages.
Instead, care typically progresses through three phases:
1. Initial Phase — Helping Symptoms Begin to Shift
Visits are closer together at first to create momentum and allow your body to respond consistently.
This phase focuses on reducing irritation, improving regulation, and establishing early stability.
Many patients notice gradual but encouraging changes during this time.

2. Stabilization Phase — Making Improvements Hold
As symptoms settle, visits are spaced farther apart.
The focus shifts to maintaining progress, improving resilience, and reducing flare-ups.

3. Maintenance Phase — Supporting Long-Term Comfort
Some conditions benefit from periodic follow-up to help prevent recurrence and maintain function.
This phase is flexible and based entirely on how you’re feeling.

How Often Will You Need to Come In?
Frequency varies depending on factors such as:
how long symptoms have been present
the type of problem involved
how your body responds to treatment
overall stress and recovery capacity
how stable daily function is

Your plan is reviewed regularly and adjusted as your condition improves.
