Treatment Plans
Your Plan
Every nervous system heals differently. Instead of placing you into a preset protocol, we build a plan based on your symptoms, your stability, and how your body responds over time.
Whether your issue is new or long-standing, we move at a pace that feels manageable and realistic for you.

How We Begin
Your first visit includes a focused evaluation of your symptoms, movement patterns, and nervous-system responses.
This helps us understand what’s driving your discomfort and what your body needs first.
Most patients receive their first treatment on the same day as the evaluation.

Your Treatment Plan Is Individualized
We do not use one-size-fits-all packages.
Instead, your plan evolves through three natural phases:
1. Initial Phase — Getting Your Symptoms to Shift
In the beginning, visits are closer together so your system can respond consistently. This helps decrease inflammation, calm irritated nerves, and create early stability.
Patients often notice small but encouraging changes during this phase.

2. Stabilization Phase — Making Improvements Hold
Once your symptoms start to settle, we gradually space visits apart.
The focus shifts to supporting stronger regulation, steadier function, and fewer flare-ups.
3. Maintenance Phase — Keeping You Comfortable Long-Term
Chronic or complex patterns often need intermittent follow-up to prevent symptoms from returning.
This phase is flexible and always based on how you’re feeling.

How Often Will You Need to Come In?
It depends on:
-
how long the symptoms have been present
-
whether the issue is nerve-related, inflammatory, or both
-
how your body responds to your first few sessions
-
stress load and recovery patterns
-
how stable your daily function is
We reassess regularly and adjust your plan as your symptoms improve.
